1. Introduction
Welcome to Find Your Flo LLC. These Payment Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern all payments made through the Find Your Flo LLC platform (the "Platform"). By making a payment through the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
2. Payment Methods
Find Your Flo LLC accepts various payment methods including, but not limited to, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

You agree to promptly update account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. By making a payment through the Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor.
6. Refund Policy
All payments made through the Platform are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion and are generally only available in cases of service non-delivery or as required by law.
7. Late Payments
If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may take steps to collect past due amounts using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.
8. Disputes
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has occurred, you agree to notify us immediately so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. All disputes related to payments made through the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.
9. Changes to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Find Your Flo LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Find Your Flo LLC with respect to payments made through the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to such payments.
