Femme Fuze LLC Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Femme Fuze LLC. These Payment Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern all payments made through the Femme Fuze LLC platform (the "Platform"). By making a payment through the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

You agree to promptly update account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. By making a payment through the Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor.

6. Refund Policy

All payments made through the Platform are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion and are generally only available in cases of service non-delivery or as required by law.

7. Late Payments

If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may take steps to collect past due amounts using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.

8. Disputes

If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has occurred, you agree to notify us immediately so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. All disputes related to payments made through the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.

9. Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Femme Fuze LLC with respect to payments made through the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to such payments.
