A few years ago, my life probably looked a lot like yours.


I had just quit birth control after 12 years, my periods were only coming every few months, I had cystic acne, and when I was diagnosed with PCOS, my doctor told me I was infertile and should just go back on the pill.


Seeking alternative solutions, I turned to online influencers, cut out gluten and dairy, and added in supplements, but I found only partial relief and a sense of lost control.


It always seemed like I was fighting a losing battle with my body, and there was no way out.


Then, after finally getting pregnant, having an early miscarriage, and then seeing black period blood from using Clomid, I realized that there was no quick fix for my health.
