WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

It's for any woman who is struggling to gain control of her body and schedule. If you're struggling with low energy, excess weight, high stress, and difficult periods, this program was created to help you master your body and your lifestyle.

WILL I HAVE TO GO ON A DIET?

I don't believe in dieting. I'll be providing meal plans, recipes, and recommendations for success, but I'm going to teach you how to eat intuitively and follow your body's needs so you never feel deprived. I'm a big fan of food, and you should be, too!

WILL THERE BE FUTURE DATES FOR THIS PROGRAM?

WHAT IF I HAVE A HISTORY OF DISORDERED EATING?

This program is not recommended for anyone with a history of eating disorders. If you struggle with disordered eating but want to gain control of your health, please contact me to discuss 1:1 coaching at femmefuze@gmail.com

WHERE WILL I ACCESS PROGRAM RESOURCES?

Weekly modules will be housed in a course site and sent directly to your email so you don't miss a thing. Group conversations and daily accountability will housed on the Telegram app. If you add on group coaching, we'll do those on Zoom on Wednesdays at 11AM CST.

WHAT IF I HAVE IRREGULAR OR MISSING PERIODS?

If your periods come less frequently than every 45 days, it would be best to work together 1:1 for 3 months or longer. Please email me at femmefuze@gmail.com so we can discuss your health history and options!
